Add participants after launch

Select Actions > Add participant to add one or more active workspace members. People who are already in the cycle show Already in this cycle. Set their review period, saved manager, and applicable self, upward, and manager stages. This flow does not add peer feedback work. If the stage has not started, the new work stays scheduled. If it has started and is open, the work starts immediately. Normal stage reminders and deadline digests apply. Adding a participant does not guarantee a separate email.

Add someone after a stage is complete

A completed stage or past due date blocks new work. Extend the due date into the future, then add the required assignments. New assignments appear in progress and Insights. Add the person to a calibration separately if needed.

Remove a participant

Open Participants, select the person, and select Remove from cycle. Check the effect before confirming. Removal archives reviews about that person, including related sessions, chats, manager-review sharing, and calibration links. Archived chats stop receiving reminders and nudges. Reviews the person writes about others remain active.

Remove someone after submission

You can remove someone even when draft or submitted answers exist. Their reviews are archived rather than deleted. Removal also takes them out of the active participant list, Insights, sharing, and calibration lists. Adding the person and the same assignments again restores previous answers and manager-review sharing. It does not restore calibration membership.

Check participant coverage

Use Participants to compare the participant list, saved managers, stages, and progress. Use each stage’s To-dos to find missing or incomplete work. Check calibration lists separately. Joining a cycle does not automatically add someone to a calibration.
