Track cycle and stage status

  • Overview: See completed stages and the overall completion rate.
  • Participants: See reviewees, saved managers, assigned stages, and progress.
  • Stage To-dos: See the reviewee, reviewer where applicable, status, due date, and submission date.

Find incomplete reviews

Filter Participants by person, stage, or status. Statuses are Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. A stage’s To-dos also lets you filter by employee, reviewer where applicable, or status. There is no separate overdue status. Compare incomplete work with its due date.

Review completion by manager

Sort Participants by saved manager, then open a participant to inspect assignments. You can also inspect work in a stage’s To-dos. There is no separate completion-by-manager chart. Use the stage export when you need submission times for completed work.

Use Insights during the cycle

Insights updates as responses are submitted. Before any responses exist, the view is empty. It shows employees reviewed, respondents, submitted reviews, completion rate, and question results. Filter by group, job title, saved manager, start date, or tenure. Cycle admins can see the full cycle. Managers with assigned manager reviews can see only reviewees within their access.

Send reminders

A cycle admin can select one or more incomplete reviews in a stage’s To-dos and select Nudge. You can also select Nudge for one review in To-do Details or in a participant’s details. Work must be pending or in progress and have an active review chat. The same admin must wait 15 minutes before nudging the same chat again.

Complete a stage or cycle

Submissions update progress and Insights immediately. You do not need to complete the cycle to see results. Every stage must be completed or archived before the cycle can be completed. Incomplete assignments do not block cycle completion once their stage is completed or archived. Complete sharing before you complete the cycle. Completion makes the cycle read-only.
