Change dates before a stage starts

A cycle admin can change a stage’s start time and due date while the cycle is active. Moving the start time moves pending work and the due date by the same amount. You can set a future due date for the whole stage or selected assignments. Changes to one stage do not move another stage.

Change dates after a stage starts

A schedule change moves only work without an active chat. Started chats keep their existing schedule and due date. To update active deadlines, change the stage due date or set a different due date for selected assignments. Extend a completed stage to a future date before adding or reassigning late work. Date changes keep existing drafts and submitted answers.

Edit questions before review work starts

Before review sessions exist, cycle admins can add, remove, copy, reorder, or change questions. This includes the question type, required setting, and answer choices. Peer nominations do not close question editing. The limits begin when peer feedback collection creates review sessions.

You can still change wording, question order, and Text answer limits. You cannot add or remove questions, change answer choices or question types, or make an optional question required. Accepted changes also update existing drafts, submitted answers, calibration references, and shared manager-review packets.
