Compare review visibility

  • Self reviews: Employees can see their own answers.
  • Peer and upward feedback: Managers in the saved cycle reporting line and cycle admins can read packets they have access to. The reviewee cannot read the feedback questions or answers about themselves.
  • Manager reviews: Reviewees see answers only after sharing, and only for questions marked visible to employees.

Reviewer names

Authors can reopen the feedback they wrote through their assigned task. Internal packets show peer and upward reviewer names to people with packet access. A reviewee’s own internal packet can retain reviewer names and submission status while hiding the feedback itself.

Protect private feedback about yourself

Your own internal packet removes the manager review and hides peer and upward questions and answers. Admin, manager, skip-level manager, and calibration roles do not override this rule. The same protection applies to packet PDF exports and calibration reviewee packets.

Sharing status

  • Pending: Only cycle admins can access the shared-review packet.
  • Enabled: Authorized managers can access it.
  • Shared: The employee can also access questions marked visible to employees.
Revoking access removes the employee’s access. Manager access can stay enabled when the sharing model permits it. The employee packet and PDF contain manager-review questions and answers. They do not include calibration comments, pre-read content, or answer history. A review lock prevents editing but does not change who can read the packet.

Hide names in PDF exports

A cycle admin can configure a packet PDF export to replace reviewer names with numbered anonymous labels. This changes only the exported PDF. Stored reviewer names and internal packet access stay the same.
