Choose a view

• People: Read one reviewee’s packet, including submitted manager, self, peer, and upward answers and available supplemental data.
• Grid: Compare all reviewees using two dimensions.
• Table: Sort the reviewee list using selected columns.
• Insights: Compare initial and current manager ratings and see a summary of changes.

Facilitators and committee members can use these views. Reviewees and other people without calibration membership cannot open them.

Search and filter

Search for a reviewee or filter Grid and Table by reviewee, manager, job level, review lock, rating changes, unresolved comments, or initial and current ratings. Filters affect only the current view. They do not change the calibration’s reviewee list.

Select comparison dimensions

Use visible manager-review questions as dimensions. Other available dimensions are read-only:

• Current self and upward review rating questions.
• Questions from past cycles.
• Connected integration statistics.
• Supplemental cycle fields.

Connected and supplemental dimensions appear only when data exists for a reviewee you can access. Grid needs two different dimensions. Only a facilitator can change a supported current manager-review rating.

Use Discussion and History

Discussion groups rating changes and comment conversations by reviewee and question. History records changes to participants, questions, pre-reads, comments, ratings, and submission. Facilitators and committee members see the same records. All active participants can control the shared calibration stopwatch.
