Analyze cycle and stage results

Cycle and stage Insights show participation totals and question results. Filter the reviewees by group, job title, manager, start date, or tenure. Cycle admins can analyze the cycle. Managers see results within the reporting hierarchy saved for the cycle. See Cycle and stage insights for steps and access limits.

Analyze feedback while writing

The manager-review view keeps peer and upward feedback beside the review you are writing. Switch between question charts and full responses. This view covers one employee rather than the full cycle. See Insights inside a manager review.

Choose charts and summaries

Question type determines which charts are available. Options include bar lists, distribution bars, column charts, graphs, numeric summaries, and AI summaries of text answers. Select a chart count or response total to examine the available answers. See Charts and text summaries.

Compare calibration results

Calibration facilitators and committee members can use calibration Insights to compare initial and adjusted manager ratings. Applied changes update effective manager answers immediately. Recommendations update them only after the assigned manager accepts them. Cycle Insights uses the latest effective submitted answers. See Compare calibration reviews.
