Permissions

To enable the integration, the connecting user must be:
  • A Roam Workspace Admin, and
  • Have access to the Organization Admin Dashboard
The integration is read-only and uses a secure OAuth token.
Windmill never accesses or records call audio, chat, or meeting content.

Every 24 hours, with the option to trigger a manual sync. Does this track private conversations?
No. Only presence and participation signals — not audio, video, or chat. Can we disable social room tracking?
Yes. You can choose which spaces sync. Do contractors or part-time staff sync?
Only if they appear as active members in your Roam workspace.
