Windmill requests read-only access to selected Figma files and projects.
Synced Figma data is available to all members of the Windmill workspace. Figma source permissions do not limit visibility in Windmill.

How do I add my Team ID?

Username mapping

Figma uses specific usernames that don’t always map to employee email addresses. If you see Figma activities that aren’t associated with a team member or are associated with the wrong team member, Windmill Admins can fix this. To update username mapping:

Open Integration Mappings

Go to Settings > Integration Mappings.

Find the person or Figma user

Use the employee and user views to find a missing or incorrect mapping.

Update the mapping

Select the mapping, assign the correct employee and Figma user, and save the change.
