Connected Data
When BambooHR is connected, Windmill securely syncs the following data fields:| Data | How Windmill Uses It |

Permissions
Windmill requests read-only access to your BambooHR directory and org chart.| Permission | Purpose |

Access is scoped to only the fields required for org structure and performance workflows.
Source of Truth
If you want to update an employee’s manager, change a title, or archive an employee,you’ll need to make that change in BambooHR. Any changes made directly inside Windmill will be overridden the next time BambooHR syncs. In other words:
BambooHR controls employee data. Windmill reflects it.
