When BambooHR is connected, Windmill securely syncs the following data fields:
Windmill can also sync personal email, work location, and time-off records when BambooHR provides them and the connection has the required authorization.
Windmill does not store compensation, payroll, benefits, home address, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, pronouns, or employment contracts as employee-profile fields. See Personally Identifiable Information for the canonical list.

Source of truth
If you want to update an employee’s manager, change a title, or archive an employee,you’ll need to make that change in BambooHR. Any changes made directly inside Windmill will be overridden the next time BambooHR syncs. In other words:
BambooHR controls employee data. Windmill reflects it.
