Benefits of Connecting Gong to Windmill

Integrating Gong with Windmill brings real customer conversations into performance reviews and 1:1s — so coaching and evaluation are based on actual interactions, not fuzzy recollections.
  • Automatically surfaces call activity and deal involvement without manual notes
  • Gives managers context to coach on messaging, objection handling, and presence
  • Ensures reps get credit for the work they do that isn’t always visible in CRM data
  • Makes performance reviews more objective and grounded in real customer conversations
  • Helps sales, CS, and support teams grow through shared context — not extra reporting
Windmill transforms sales and customer interaction signals from Gong into meaningful, ongoing performance insight.
