Benefits of connecting Zoom to Windmill

Connecting Zoom to Windmill brings real meeting context into performance conversations — so coaching, feedback, and recognition are grounded in the actual work teams do together.
  • Captures participation in key meetings, discussions, and decision-making moments
  • Helps managers see where collaboration, leadership, or support happened
  • Reduces the need to manually recall or summarize what happened in meetings
  • Ensures quieter contributors and behind-the-scenes problem solvers get recognized
  • Makes performance reviews more fair, balanced, and based on real interactions
Windmill turns ongoing Zoom meeting activity into clear context for reflection, coaching, and growth.
