What are some example pulses I can get started with?
Candidate feedback
If your team has multiple rounds of interviews for a role, you can create a pulse where Windy will collect feedback from the team and generate a report with everyone's thoughts. This prevents group think, and gives you a detailed report for every candidate without having to fill out forms in your ATS (also prevents you from having to buy additional ATS licenses!)
Feedback on All-Hands or other large recurring meetings
Meetings are extremely expensive. Particularly large recurring meetings. Check in with the team to see how some of these meetings can be improved. Or send the pulse before the meeting to see if there is anything additional the team wants to cover.
Alignment check in
It's hard to keep large teams organized and aligned. Once a quarter send a pulse to check in with the team to ensure each person understands the company's goals and are prioritizing the correct items.
Workplace survey
Whether remote or in person, your employee experience is extremely important. Make sure people have what they need to be successful by sending a pulse one a month to check in on anything they'd prefer to have in their day to day work environment.
Agenda collection
Before a meeting, reach out to all participants to see if there are items they'd like to cover. Ensure every meeting at your company has a proper agenda, and store all of those agendas in Windmill.
Upcoming product prioritization
Before your next cycle, check with everyone on the team to see what items people think would be most impactful. Share the report with the team to show the key themes people want to cover.
Onboarding check in's
For new hires, do a check in after their first two weeks to see where they can use support.
