Retros
How do Retros work?
Windy will reach out to the team to collect feedback on what went well and what could be improved. You will receive a report of the feedback and can use insights and suggestions to help improve your team's performance.
Why it helps?
Retros are an extremely popular way to get feedback on a process, project or sprint
Often times, retros are collected in a google doc, updated on a per-project basis and shared with a team during a retro meeting. With Windy, you can collect retro feedback before meetings and automatically generate a report with the key findings
Additionally, having all of these retros stored in Windmill will let you search on top of previous retro feedback over long periods of time
Steps
You can choose any team or group of people to include in the Retro
Retros can be done on a one off basis or on a recurring basis. Regardless of what you choose, you can run the retro at any point in the week, you can specify the day and time you'd like to collect feedback from your team.
You have the option for either named or anonymous replies. For retros, it may be nice to have anonymous replies so you can see general sentiment across a larger team.
Select your response visibility - if you want to share the retro report with your team, make the replies visible to everyone enrolled in the routine
Once you've made it through these steps, you can name your routine and subscribe to alerts about responses
