How do employees interact with Windy?
As an individual contributor, Windmill will impact you in a few ways. At it's core, the platform is aimed to bring your accomplishments to light, ensure your work isn't over looked, and enable timely and actionable feedback. In order to get the most out of Windmill, all you have to do is reply to Windy.
How you'll interact with Windy:
Feedback Requests: Windy will periodically ping you (once or twice a week) for feedback on teammates that you've worked with recently. This feedback will be connected to specific meetings or projects you have completed together.
Recaps: Windy will automatically generate a "Recap" list for you each week. These are automatically created from whatever systems your org has connected to Windmill. Your Recap will be shared directly with you to edit or alter before they are passed along to your manager.
Reply to other Routines: Your manager and team can set up custom Routines within Windmill (through Windy) which will help them collect data and feedback at scale.
