Priorities
Loom Overview
Here is a quick overview of our Weekly Prios routine
How do Priorities work?
At a high level, the Priorities routine will collect priorities from your team on a weekly basis. This helps ensure your team is focused on the highest priority items, and saves you the time of having to collect these manually or via a meeting.
Why it helps?
Every single week or month (depending on how the routine is configured, you will receive a report with everyone's priorities. This is invaluable and will keep your team excited and aligned with the highest priority items.
While the weekly information is useful, having this aggregated on a weekly basis for team members is extremely helpful over longer time frames. Once a quarter you can generate a report with a team members priorities for the whole quarter.
Sometimes team members are unsure what they should prioritize on a given week, and this is a great way to align on those problems early in the week.
