Why are Github, Figma and Jira activities not showing up for team members?

Github, Figma and Jira issue users specific usernames that don't always map to their employee email addresses. If you see Github, Figma or Jira activities that are not associated with a team member or are associated with the wrong team member, Windmill Admins can fix that in the Windmill dashboard.

1. Navigate to "Settings"

2. Select "connections" tab of the Windmill dashboard and select either Jira, Figma or Github

3. Select the "mapping" tab and you will see a list of all of the user names and the employee that he/she are mapped to.

4. In order to adjust the mapping simply tap "update mapping" and you can edit it from there.
