Turn Pulse results into a clear action plan.

## Inputs

Ask which Pulse to review, why it was sent, and who will receive the final summary. Resolve the Pulse before you continue.

## Evidence

Review the questions, response rate, scores, written responses, and available comparison data. Note if the Pulse is anonymous. Use only permitted group data.

## Output

Create a concise report with:

- Response rate and important limits
- Main strengths and concerns
- Repeated themes from written responses
- Three to five actions with an owner and target date
- A short employee update

Separate direct results from your interpretation.

## Limits

Do not identify an anonymous respondent. Do not guess who wrote a response. Do not present a small or incomplete sample as a company-wide conclusion. Do not change or publish the Pulse results.
