When do stats update and what does Windmill define as a week?
Stats will update every day, but the default date ranges define a week as the previous Monday - Sunday.
How do I re-order the columns?
You can re-order columns by selecting "Choose Stats" and selecting any stats you'd like. The order of the columns will reflect the order in which the stats are selected.
How do you determine days off?
If you have your HRIS connected, Windmill can use the HRIS time-off logging feature. If not, Windmill can track calendar events explicitly labeled as OOO.
How do you define an internal meeting?
Total time spent in meetings where all attendees are from the primary company.
What is the difference between scheduled meetings an unscheduled meetings?
Scheduled meetings are meetings that are on the calendar, while unscheduled meetings are not on the calendar (ie "let me send you a Zoom quickly").
How do you define a 1:1 meeting?
Total time spent in meetings labeled as one-on-one meetings or two person meetings containing a manager and a direct report.
How do you define a customer meeting?
Total time spent in meetings with customers that can be found in the account's CRM. If your CRM is not connected to Windmill, you may see non-customers logged in here.
Can you track Slack huddles?
We can track the total number of Slack huddles, but only if you have a Slack business+ account.
