Windy will reach out to you to collect feedback on teammates and processes. Don't worry if you miss a message, Windy will follow up to remind you if you're needed.

Every Friday, Windy will aggregate your accomplishments for the week and send them via Slack. If you ever want to edit or make changes to your accomplishments, just let Windy know.

In order to interact with Windy, you have to reply in threads.
