# Zoom

## Connected data

When connected, Windmill syncs **meeting metadata and transcripts** — never raw audio or video:

## Permissions

Windmill requests **read-only**, scoped access via Zoom OAuth. Here are the exact scopes we request and why:

| `webinar:read:admin`   | Reads webinar data to capture participation in company-wide events and presentations                   |
| `recording:read:admin` | Reads metadata for meeting recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries for coaching context              |
| `report:read:admin`    | Reads Zoom report data to reliably capture all meetings, including instant and ad-hoc meetings         |

  All scopes are **read-only**. Windmill never sends messages, changes settings, or alters meetings. You control which users and data are included.

## Installation
