# Attio

> Connect Attio to Windmill to sync CRM records, deals, and customer activity so Windy can surface revenue context in recaps, 1:1s, and performance reviews.

## Benefits of connecting Attio to Windmill

Connecting Attio to Windmill brings relationship and deal activity into performance conversations — ensuring customer-facing work gets the recognition it deserves, without manual reporting.

* Automatically captures contributions to customer relationships, deals, and accounts
* Eliminates manual note aggregation for performance reviews or promotion cycles
* Ensures employees get credit for the work that happens in calls, emails, and CRM updates
* Helps managers coach more effectively using real customer context
* Makes performance reviews more objective and grounded in measurable interactions

Windmill turns Attio activity into trackable context so feedback and evaluations reflect real customer-impacting work.
