# Welcome

> Welcome to the Windmill help site — guides, references, and best practices for getting the most out of Windmill, Windy, and your team's performance workflows.

We're here to help! Windmill is nothing without our customers, so we try to put customers at the forefront of everything we do.

All Windmill customers have access to our team via Slack. However, if you have additional questions and need help, you can always email [support@gowindmill.com](mailto:support@gowindmill.com).

To share product feedback, tell Windy, post in your shared customer Slack channel with Windmill if your company has one, or email [support@gowindmill.com](mailto:support@gowindmill.com).

For all inquiries, Windmill has an SLA of under 24 hours (we aim for under 10 minutes).

## Service status and incident updates

You can monitor Windmill's service status and view past incidents at [windmill.betteruptime.com](https://windmill.betteruptime.com/).

To be notified when an incident is created, updated, or resolved:

1. Visit [windmill.betteruptime.com](https://windmill.betteruptime.com/).
2. Click **Get updates** in the top right.
3. Choose your preferred notification method: email, RSS, JSON, webhook, or Slack.
