Who gets counted in meeting attendance on Windmill? Depending on the systems you have connected, Windmill will leverage the following rules to calculate meeting time:
If there is a zoom meeting and a calendar event with attendees - if you accepted the calendar invite, or you showed up to the zoom you are counted as attended
If you declined the meeting invite, but joined the zoom, you are counted as attended
If you accept the meeting but don't show up to the zoom, you counted as attended (this implies that you joined from a conference room or are sharing a computer)
If you do not RSVP and are awaiting reply, you are counted as attended
If you have declined the meeting and there is no Zoom, you will not count against the overall meeting time total
