As an Admin, if you are If you ever want to check to make sure your data is up to date, you can run a sync:

Full Sync - This will pull in all new info from the last 7 days to 3 days in advance. This runs when you connect a system for the first time.

Incremental Sync - This runs every hour and it looks for any meeting that was updated in last 12 hours.
