Windy is your AI sidekick who, among other things, will help collect Feedback and Accomplishments from the team. Windy lives within Slack or Roam and will reach out to you on two different occasions:

1) To give a teammate feedback. These feedback requests should come once and twice a week and should prompt you to provide feedback on a team member or a piece of work.

2) To approve your accomplishments for the week. Every week, Windy will generate 3-5 accomplishments (aggregating your biggest contributions from the week). Before sharing with your manager, and saving to Windmill, Windy will reach out to you giving you a chance to edit, add or delete from the list.

Windy is conversational, which should make all of your Windy interactions stress free and easy.
