# Skill library

> Copy and adapt sample skills for common HR and manager tasks.

Use these sample skills to give Windy consistent instructions for common people-management tasks. You can copy each skill as written or adapt it to your company process.

## Add a sample skill

    Open [Settings > Skills](https://app.gowindmill.com/COMPANY/config/skills) and select **Create Skill**.

  <Step title="Publish and share the skill">
    Add a clear name, paste the instructions, and select **Publish**. Share the skill with the people or groups that need it.
